Material Selection & Inspection

We begin with carefully sourced polycarbonate, ABS, and composite materials known for impact resistance and long-term durability. Each batch of raw material undergoes strict quality checks to ensure strength, flexibility, and weight balance before entering production.

Shell Molding & Structure Formation

Using advanced injection and vacuum molding techniques, luggage shells are formed under controlled temperature and pressure. This process ensures uniform thickness, high impact resistance, and structural integrity essential for hard-case luggage performance.

Precision Trimming & Surface Finishing

Once molded, shells are trimmed and refined for smooth edges and accurate dimensions. Surface finishing treatments are applied to enhance scratch resistance, texture consistency, and long-lasting visual appeal.

Frame, Wheels & Handle Assembly

High-strength aluminum frames, silent spinner wheels, and telescopic handles are assembled using precision fixtures. Each component is tested individually for load capacity, smooth movement, and durability under repeated use.

Interior Fitting & Functional Design

Premium interiors are installed, including linings, compression straps, dividers, and zippers. Every interior layout is designed for optimal space utilization, ease of access, and long-term usability.

Lock Integration & Safety Checks

TSA-approved locks and security components are integrated and tested for reliability and compliance. Lock mechanisms are checked for smooth operation and resistance to tampering.

Quality Testing & Performance Validation

Each finished product undergoes multiple quality tests, including:

  • Structural integrity assessments
  • Drop and impact resistance testing
  • Wheel endurance testing
  • Handle stress testing
  • Lock and zipper performance checks

Branding, Packaging & Dispatch

For B2B, private-label, and export clients, branding elements are applied as per specifications. Finished luggage is securely packaged to prevent transit damage and prepared for domestic or international shipment.
